I was brought on to assist with some general concepting for a survey engine that sat inside of Salesforce. They had an original concept for this that was built very- Their idea for me to come on was to allow them to build it out to be a more fully fit, fledged software.
The initial concept of basically a table view for a list that resided inside a Salesforce instance of all the surveys that were currently running, with a very rudimentary system for creation and distribution of surveys that added many additional steps and processes that from a user experience perspective were quite unwieldy.
To streamline the user experience I sketched out some concepts with tab structure to streamline the process within the already existing salesforce instance that this would sit inside of the instance.
- These sketches were used for initial concept creation work and communication with an agile development team who could work from these sketches towards final product delivery
